keep healthy

Ok, there are many ways to keep a healthy life .

Firstly  you never skip  breakfast, it is the primordial food for you body whether if you jump the breakfast you don't have energy for the rest of the day, probable you feel tired also  you have headaches and at the end of the day you think your day was boring.
Other thing is try to eat your food on the right time  if you make this FOR SURE your body would be grateful.

Secondly you eating varied food also try to eat every day vegetables and more fruits .


Thirdly you drink a lot of water, is recommendable to drink at least 2 litres of water a day or 8 glasses of liquid a day ( milk, juice, water).

Other thing to do is make exercises it  is good for the body. You can do any exercises for example running for 15-20 minutes, make exercises for abdomen if you want to keep you shape and also  yoga, I think is not physical exercises but is good for you because if you do yoga you body is not stress in addition to  look more young. To be honest I never have  done yoga but if one day I have the opportunity   I would like to do it. As many people suggest me it is a good thing for keep  a healthy life.
Furthermore you need practice any sports for instance football, basket , tennis, cycle and so on.

Moreover is great not drink alcohol and smoke cigarette  if you do please  reduce it.
